1. High up bank worker says everyone is on standby and that no other banks have received this notice
I'm questioning why only this bank would be given notice. That doesn't make sense to me. Then again, this whole investment is a puzzle isn't it?

HA, DD, 13-1-11 i made a phone call. To a man way up in ******** bank in******. He told me that Tuesday, he got a letter from up above. He couldn’t give rate, but every body was on stand by. Because, it was coming. I asked him about other banks. No other banks got this until that same day. So, every body sent those info too u about banks and rates r b s. If u like too pass this on u can. From u r friends in Afghanistan. Go DD
