1-14-11 Biden, Talabani: U.S. wants UN resolution to lift all sanctions on Iraq

1. This is important because Biden is there.  I think I mentioned yesterday that Biden, as a UN representative, may just have the powers to lift the rest of the sanctions while there.

Baghdad (news) ..
