1. The important item is highlighted in red below. This obviously means they cannot delay forming the government any longer, and that they need to do this before the Arab Summit in March. It is probably safe to assume we'll see the formal announcement of the government before March.
2. Recall from yesterday that it was said in the news that the purpose of Biden's visit was to ensure the security file. We are seeing progress.

بغداد(الاخبارية)..قال عضو ائتلاف الكتل الكردستانية عادل توفيق البرواري ان زيارة بايدن الى العراق لها انعكاسات ايجابية مختلفة . Baghdad (news) .. A member of the coalition of Kurdish blocs Adel Tawfik Barwari that Biden's visit to Iraq, its positive effects are different.
واضاف البرواري في تصريح (للوكالة الاخبارية للانباء)اليوم الجمعة: ان امريكا مرتاحة بتشكيل حكومة الشراكة الوطنية لان ذلك كان مقترحها ، وتاتي زيارة بايدن الثالثة بعد الانتخابات في اطار التهنئة للشعب العراقي والحكومة الجديدة ، اضافة الى تعزيز وتفعيل العلاقات بين العراق وامريكا حتى في حال انسحاب القوات الامريكية في العراق. He said Barwari in a statement (of the Agency news) on Friday: that America is satisfied to form a government of national partnership because it was a proposal, visit comes Biden, third after the election as part of congratulations to the Iraqi people and the new government, in addition to the promotion and activation of relations between Iraq and America, even in case of withdrawal U.S. forces in Iraq.
واشار الى ان بايد اكد على ضرورة تفعيل الاتفاقية الستراتيجية مع العراق والتي تتضمن جوانب مختلفة سياسية وتجارية وامنية. He noted that the Bade stressed the need for the strategic implementation of the agreement with Iraq, which includes various aspects of political, trade and security.
وبشان زيارة رئيس الجمهورية جلال الطالباني المرجع الاعلى السيد علي السيستاني ، قال البرواري ان السيستاني يعد صمام الامان لوحدة الصف العراقي ولما له من مكانة خاصة في العراق وله توصيات وملاحظات للقادة العراقيين في وحدة الصف لتشكيل حكومة الشراكة الوطنية .
