رئيس الوزراء السيد نوري كامل المالكي يستقبل رئيس وزراء دولة الكويت سمو الشيخ ناصر المحمد الأحمد الصباح Prime Minister Nuri Kamal al-Maliki meets Prime Minister of the State of Kuwait His Highness Sheikh Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah
وفي مطار بغداد الدولي اجريت مراسيم استقبال رسمية لسمو رئيس وزراء دولة الكويت ، توجها بعدها في موكب رسمي الى مكتب رئيس الوزراء لبدء المباحثات باجتماع ثنائي . At Baghdad International Airport held an official welcoming ceremony for His Highness the Prime Minister of the State of Kuwait, after the trend in solemn procession to the office of prime minister to start talks, a bilateral meeting.
وبعد جولة المباحثات الثنائية عقد السيد رئيس الوزراء ورئيس وزراء دولة الكويت إجتماعا مشتركا بحضور اعضاء الوفدين العراقي والكويتي ، جرى خلاله مناقشة القضايا ذات الإهتمام المشترك ، وكيفية تطوير العلاقات الثنائية والمشتركة بين البلدين والشعبين الشقيقين وحل جميع القضايا العالقة . After a tour of the bilateral talks held by Mr. Prime Minister and the Prime Minister of the State of Kuwait held a joint meeting attended by members of the Iraqi and Kuwaiti delegations, during which they discuss issues of common concern, and how to develop bilateral relations and joint between the two countries and two peoples and to resolve all outstanding issues.
وافتتح السيد رئيس الوزراء الإجتماع بكلمة جاء فيها : نرحب بكم وأنتم تشاركوننا الفرحة بمناسبة تشكيل حكومة الشراكة الوطنية ،التي نطمح من خلالها لتقوية العلاقات بين العراق والكويت ،لأن العراق في ظل العملية السياسية لم يعد بلد الرجل الواحد ولا القومية الواحدة ولا الفئة الواحدة ، العراق اليوم بلد موحد وقراره موحد ، ولديه مؤسسات ودوائر قراراتها حاسمة في مختلف المجالات ،والعراق اليوم ليس كالعراق السابق في زمن الدكتاتورية ،هو اليوم بلد مستقر والأمور فيه تجري بشكل صحيح وتصاعدي، لايغامر بأمنه ولايعتدي على الآخرين كما كان يفعل النظام المباد في ظل سياسة حزب البعث المنحل، فضلا عن الذي كان يقوم به في الداخل كإستخدام الأسلحة الكيمياوية وغيرها من الجرائم التي إرتكبها بحق الشعب العراقي ، وإن ما جرى كله كان بسبب الرجل الواحد. Was opened by the Prime Minister meeting with a speech in which he said: We welcome you as you share our joy on the occasion of forming a government of national partnership, which we hope to achieve through which to strengthen relations between Iraq and Kuwait because Iraq is under the political process is no longer a country of one man in the same nation or class, today's Iraq a unified country and his decision to uniform, and has the institutions and services its decisive in various areas, and Iraq today is not like Iraq, the former at the time of the dictatorship, is today a stable country and matters which are properly and ascending to Aegamr its security and Aiatdi on others as he did the former regime under the policy of the dissolved Baath Party , as well as he was doing at home such as the use of chemical weapons and other crimes he committed against the Iraqi people, but what happened was all due to one man.
وتابع السيد رئيس الوزراء : ان العراق الجديد يبحث عن تطوير العلاقات والتعاون وتبادل المصالح المشتركة مع الجميع ، وعن الهدوء والبناء والإعمار، وهذه هي رسالتنا لجميع اخواننا في المنطقة العربية ، وهي رسالتنا أيضا في القمة العربية المقبلة التي ستعقد في بغداد ، والتي نتشرف بوجود سمو الأمير الشيخ صباح الأحمد الجابر الصباح فيها. واضاف سيادته : إن العلاقات الثنائية والمتطورة مهمة بالنسبة لجميع العراقيين ، والإستحقاق يفرض نفسه ، فبعد إنجاز الأمن نريد حل جميع المشاكل التي خلفها النظام السابق ، لاسيما ما يتعلق منها بالعلاقات مع الدول الشقيقة وفي مقدمتها دولة الكويت الشقيقة ، فليس من مصلحتنا بقاء هذه المشاكل ونحن نريد أن ننهي هذا الأمر، لأننا أشقاء وجيران وعلينا إنهاء جميع الأمور العالقة ، وهي الآن على طريق الحل ، وهناك لجنة مشتركة من المتخصصين ستباشر بحل هذه المشاكل بأسرع وقت. وأضاف السيد رئيس الوزراء : الدولة اليوم قائمة على أسس وقواعد دستورية ، والجو العام بالنسبة للعراقيين وكل الذين يعملون في العملية السياسية هو الرغبة بإيجاد الحلول ولا يريدون العودة إلى المغامرات والمشاكل ، لأن العراق أصبح لجميع العراقيين ويبحث عن أفضل العلاقات المشتركة. Mr Prime Minister: the state today is based on the principles and rules unconstitutional, and the general atmosphere for the Iraqis and all those who work in the political process is the desire to find solutions and do not want to return to the adventures and problems, because Iraq has become for all Iraqis and looking for better bilateral relations.
وأشار سيادته إلى حادثة الزورق التي جرت قبل يومين في المياه الإقليمية الكويتية ، مؤكدا على اهمية أن لاتأخد بعدا أكبر من حجمها ، و التحقيق فيها يجري من قبل الجانبين . He referred to the boat accident that took place two days ago in Kuwaiti territorial waters, stressing the importance of that Atokhadd largest dimension of the size, and is being investigated by both sides.
من جهته قال رئيس وزراء دولة الكويت سمو الشيخ ناصر المحمد الأحمد الصباح : أنه والوفد المرافق له اليوم في بغداد لتقديم التهاني والتبريكات للسيد رئيس الوزراء بمناسبة تشكيل حكومة الشراكة الوطنية ، والتأكيد على رغبة الكويت في تطوير العلاقات مع العراق في جميع المجالات،والعراق بلدنا ونحن سعداء عندما نجده في مرحلة متقدمة من الإستقرار السياسي الذي يأتي بعده الإستقرار الإقتصادي ،وهو ما يؤكد تطور العملية السياسية . وتابع رئيس الوزراء الكويتي : المرحلة السابقة إنتهت ، ونحن الآن في مرحلة جديدة من العلاقات الثنائية بين البلدين الشقيقين والجارين ، وإذا كانت هناك صعوبات تواجهنا علينا أن نحلها بالطرق السلمية ،وستقوم اللجنة المشتركة المختصة بإيجاد الحلول بأسرع وقت. واضاف سمو الشيخ ناصر المحمد الأحمد الصباح : نبارك للعراق رفع العقوبات الدولية ، ونؤكد على أهمية خروجه من طائلة الفصل السابع ، وأن نبدأ بعلاقات مشتركة ومتطورة في مجالات الحدود والنفط وبقية المجالات الإقتصادية، اما عن الحادثة التي جرت مؤخرا في المياه الإقليمية الكويتية ، لن تؤثر على العلاقات بين البلدين الشقيقين ، لأنها حادثة صيد ، والجهات القانونية ستقف على ملابسات الحادث لتوضيح الحقائق في هذا الموضوع. ووجه الشيخ ناصر المحمد الأحمد الصباح دعوة رسمية إلى السيد رئيس الوزراء لزيارة الكويت ، متمنيا أن تكون أول زيارة لسيادته بعد تشكيل الحكومة لدولة الكويت،ووعد سيادته بتلبيتها بأقرب وقت ممكن. وحضر عن الجانب العراقي وزير الخارجية السيد هوشيار زيباري ووزير الدولة والناطق الرسمي بإسم الحكومة السيد علي الدباغ وعدد من المسؤولين ، ومن الجانب الكويتي نائب رئيس الوزراء ووزير الخارجية الشيخ الدكتور محمد صباح السالم الصباح وعدد من المسؤولين الكويتيين.
