Oanda's currency lookup rate for IQD today

Now this is interesting.  Oanda's currency lookup tool shows an interesting rate in the Currency Regime column.  If you divide 1 by .3109, you get a USD rate of $3.22.  Hmmmm...we've been seeing that rate pop its head a lot lately.  What's very odd about this is that Oanda's currency converter tool and its historical rates tool do not show .3109.  They both show the standard .00084 rate.  Could the currency lookup tool be using a live feed?  Hmmmmm....makes you wonder.
