ذكر النائب عن ائتلاف الكتل الكردستانية خالد شواني أن تشكيل اللجان النيابية سيعتمد على النظام القديم لمجلس النواب، مبينا أن يوم غد الخميس هو آخر فرصة لتشكيلها. وقال شواني إن تشكيل اللجان النيابية "سيعتمد على النظام الداخلي القديم لمجلس النواب، وهناك مشاكل داخل الكتلة الواحدة حول عضويتها ما ادى إلى تأخر تشكيلها"، لافتا إلى أن "غدا الخميس آخر فرصة للكتل لتشكيل اللجان وبعد التصويت عليها تختار رئيسا ومقررا لها". وكان النائب عن ائتلاف الكتل الكردستانية مهدي حاجي ذكر امس الثلاثاء أن اللجان التي اكتمل نصابها هي سبع، وتضم الشهداء والضحايا والمجتمع المدني والزراعة والثقافة والإعلام والأقاليم وسيتم التصويت عليها بالجلسة المقبلة. The MP for the coalition of Kurdish blocs Mehdi Haji said on Tuesday that the committees completed quorum is seven, and of the martyrs, victims and civil society, agriculture, culture, media and regions and will be voted on the session ahead.
وأضاف شواني أن "اللجنة المكلفة بكتابة وتعديل مواد النظام الداخلي للبرلمان انجزت ما نسبته 95% من التعديلات، إلا أن هناك مشكلة واحدة تواجه هذا النظام هي صلاحيات رئيس المجلس وهيئة رئاسة البرلمان". The Huani that "the committee charged with writing and amending the rules of procedure of the Parliament has completed 95% of amendments, but there is one problem facing the system are the powers of the President of the Council and the Presidency of the parliament."
وأوضح أن "ائتلاف الكتل الكردستانية يرى أن المرحلة الحالية توافقية وتحتاج إلى توافق الكتل السياسية وضمن الاطر القانونية، كما يرغب ائتلافنا أن يكون للبرلمان هيئة رئاسة وتتخذ القرارات بالتوافق". He explained that the "coalition of the Kurdish blocs felt that the current phase compatibility and need to agree the political blocs and within the legal framework, as our coalition wants to be the Presidency of the parliament and take decisions by consensus."
