1. There really is only one thing that I could focus on in this document .......... "Maliki’s government’s 43-point programme didn’t contain one single specific point, but instead, talked about a ‘big decrease’ in the rate of inflation and a ‘big increase’ in the value of the Iraqi dinar!"

What else could be more important?  Apparently not much since M's program seemed to focus on that too!  Actually, the article is has more to it than that, but really....I only care about the stuff in red!
