BAGHDAD - A follow-up:


Iraqi parliament re-draft the budget in 2011 to the government to make changes to it, and considered the first reading of the draft was unconstitutional because the formation of the Legal Committee.

He pointed out that "the salaries and allowances of presidencies draining the state budget, in addition to inflation in the number of state employees."
