وقال سعد المطلبي لوكالة كردستان للانباء(اكانيوز) ان" المالكي يعتبر ملف الوزارات الامنية من صلاحياته الحصرية ولا يريد لاحد ان يؤثر عليه في مسالة اختيار الشخصيات المناسبة لتولي تلك الوزارات".
