1. Scooter typically tries not to give rates and dates, but feels there are strong events happening that could result in an RV/RI this month
2. They may wait until suspense accounts are fully displaced and the govt banks are fully capitalized
3. Events that have occurred over last 3 months have completed in record time
4. Iraq and other agencies seem to have a sense of urgency
5. What's rumored to be happening in the ME could be currency swapping
6. The IMF doc states Jordan was to be reimbursed with full interest due to the refugees over the last 20 years
7. Cannot turn on the Forex market for one or two countries. When Forex switch is thrown, it will hit all countries
8. Less than 5 people who can throw switch. Know that IMF has approved, Iraqi people want it, and the RV will be used as a catalyst for rest of world.
9. Parliament meeting delayed to today is of interest to Scooter--especially since Kuwait's central bank is making exchanges today
10. Rates of exchange should be deployed today
11. If everything is a go today, we should see it in Forex sometime today
