1. Topguner got a call from a friend of his who made flights over to Iraq
2. Friend said they are getting more than .86
3. His friend didn't believe anything about the dinar last week
4. After flying over there and getting back to the US, he looaded up on dinar
5. Topguner was told that the ME situation is being done for central bank reasons. They want Kuwait and Jordan to get more IQD in their central banks in prep for the RV
