1. Allabi said the current global oil prices are acceptable and do not affect the global economy
2. He said that there is a concern that Libyan oil exports are limited and OPEC has spare production capacity beyond what is produced by Libya
3. He added that he did not expect a significant increase in oil prices in two or three weeks ahead as Saudi Arabia can pump more oil to put a ceiling on prices when necessary
4. He said that Iraq aimed to export more than 2.2 million barrels per day in March and is building new facilities for export bye 1.8 million barrels a day
5. Exports from Iraq in February were 2.202 million barrels per day, which is up from 2.16 million bpd in January, which was the highest since 2003
