3-1-11 Maliki, underlines the willingness of Iraq to the Arab Summit in a timely manner and there is nothing to prevent this

1. Maliki, during a press conference, said that the Arab summit will be held in Baghdad and there is nothing to prevent it
2. He said they are optimistic about holding the summit in Baghdad and the Arab League is still willing to do so
3. He expressed his belief that Iraq is the safest country in that region at this stage
4. He said the date of the summit may be postponed, but it will be held in Baghdad and that this matter is subject to the decision of the Arab Foreign Ministers
5. He said he doesn't mind the meeting being postponed a month or two, but he hoped it will be held in Baghdad, where it is secure and stable
