1. Melkert stressed during his meeting with representatives of the components that the UN is working to support the people of Kirkuk involving all components and models to resolve the outstanding problems
2. Melkert noted that he provided advice to the Iraqi government on many issues and will consider the issue of conflict over land and property
3. He added that the improvement of services in Kirkuk is linked to the political agreement of the parties
4. This is the 4th visit by the UN to resolve disputes and problems
