1. Night expects a showdown in Parliament
2. The Federal Court members may or may not be removed by Parliament
3. Iraqi politicians are calling for the Federal Court members to be dismissed and new ones appointed. So, parliament may just have this power
4. If they do not have the power, Night believes they have absolute power to curtail their decisions in decisions that are politically motivated
5. They are saying that Maliki did not ask for this ruling and that the Court decided on their to do this per Maliki
6. Budget news that is being reported is not a major concern to Night
7. Night is unsure of whether the CBI moving under Maliki will pose a problem for Shabibi and the RV
8. Iraqis in the street have never before fired back at security forces. Perhaps this will motivate the GOI to get things done sooner (in reference to what is going on in Egypt)
9. Parliament has the final say in Iraq--Not the Federal Court
10. Federal Court has displayed a bias toward Maliki
11. Maliki cannot RV. Only Shabibi can do that. But, the timing of the RV will be with Maliki if Shabibi is under his control
12. Somewhere someone doesn't want Iraq to be free--possibly Iran and Syria
13. Every time we get close, another crisis surfaces
14. Night is unsure if the RV can happen without the CBI issue being settled
15. Many of Maliki's supporters are speaking out against the Federal Court ruling
16. Othman of Kurdistan is advocating a full dismissal of the Federal Court (remember, the Kurds are the kingmakers)
17. Night is hearing inklings of dire consequences for Maliki
18. If the independent bodies situation and government formation are not resolved, Night thinks there may be an implosion of the fragile system
19. Maliki and Allawi are not the right people to lead that country
20. Contrary to what is being reported, the powers of the world are deeply involved in this crisis
21. Something will be done to correct this situation and they will deal with Maliki later
22. Tunisia-Egypt, Yemen-Somalia-Albania, Iraq is next
23. Without Sadr to lead their demonstration, it will become more violent
24. The root of the problem are NOT three tribes but the few egotistical men who have their own agenda for POWER
24. With every crisis, there has been a solution. This will be no different
25. IF they were to return to a dictatorship, their money would still be recognized for trade or they will be isolated and in poverty as they were under Sadaam. Night believes the Iraqi people do not want this
26. The powers of the world may step in and say that they want Iraq to prosper, but they only want to profit
27. The people have lost their fear as evidenced by them firing back at the security forces who shot into the air
28. Change must happen, or there will be no GOI in Iraq
29. Night fully believes there will be movement in the three areas of the government this next session (vacancies, budget, and strategic council)
30. The CBI issues should be discussed on Tuesday
