Use the search box in the lower left screen to search on USD/IQD. Then, show the Quote.
Please note that this is likely testing. If you look at the volume, it shows zero. This means that it is not being traded, and it is not being traded because it can't. The IQD is not yet a globally traded currency. If you look at the tabs, you'll also notice that the rate in the chart is still in the 1170 range.
