Received word from Iraq that soldiers and civilians alike are now allowed to send IQD home, via registered mail, documented amounts etc. For IRS purposes.
This means one of two things...
1. It's done and over and now they don't care how much they send as they've paid dearly for it....lol
2. I'll leave this one up to you to figure out...
