2. Minister of defense, interior, and national security positions will be resolved after the Arab Summit to be held in Baghdad in March
3. Denied that Biden did anything to help resolve the security positions. Said this is an internal issue.
Once again, if you believe the government must be fully formed, then you're looking at an RI/RV on or after March.
