1. The Kurds rejected the budget as presented by the government

Base on the last two postings, it appears the Kurds are not happy with things right now. Recall that Frank26 has always said that the Kurds are in control. We have to keep an eye out on what happens with these last two postings. Having the Kurds quit the government would not be a good thing.
