[Blaino] Boots from Iraq (here now) is hearing from friends in country that cashin is in progress as we read this! Definite GREAT source! Has a direct link, long time good friend, Military guy... in the "Smart department". This is it for now! No questions, I'll update this soon as possible! He says $3.22 rate. This intel refers to events on the ground in Iraq. STILL hearing from Texas banks, others that the $5.27 rate will pop here over the weekend, good to go for Tuesday! I got this a few minutes ago, probably some lag between a soldier in Iraq getting off duty, getting the word across the pond, then to my source!
