1. PNC hasn't had many of their customers inquire about the Dinar, and admitted they don't know much about it
2. Perhaps had it confirmed that Kuwait and Jordan were not doing an RV
I can confirm that PNC doesn't know much about the Dinar because my friend contacted them about it more than a year ago. They didn't know anything about it then, and they don't seem to know much about it today. However, it's interesting to me that they could immediately confirm that Jordan and Kuwait didn't RV. Scratching my head over that one.
