The article linked to this is from a couple days back, but I was just thinking about it this morning. I wonder if Iraq is up to their old tricks? Are they using the RV as leverage to cut deals in order to help eliminate their debt? If so, could we be in for a wait until the DFI is released in June, or until they eliminate all the debt, or all the critical debt? I hope not, but it was a thought that concerned me.
