3. Kuwait agreed and the UN is to lift all sanctions now

[11:43:53 AM] [CAGEtrucker] 43 MINUTES AGO RV is complete UN is in an EMERGENCY meeting I have confirmed this with 2 other sources. Kuwait has supposedly agreed and UN is to lift ALL sanctions NOW and RV will occur I hope it is correct. THAT is latest word I hope it is true been verified by a few sources
