1. They were trying to make contact with their source in the last 36 hours
2. They finally heard back and explained that there is so much information out there it's been difficult to sort out
3. They were told we will see the RV this week in the 11th hour
4. Maliki and Allawi have been in heated disagreement over the security ministries
5. Maliki knows he cannot afford to let this go beyond the 24th or 25th
6. Once the million person march starts they will lose full control as the Iraqi people will not trust anything they say from that point on
7. They will demonstrate, and it will be bloody
8. If the RV happens, it will be before the end of this week
