2. The branch manager told him they just received a machine that is just for counting foreign currency, the De La Rue machine
3. He also admitted that the banks in the region have had a LOT of cash delivered too
4. 3 to 4 times the amount of cash is what he said they have
5. The branch manager said they were told a big change is coming, but wasn't told when
6. Wells Fargo has told many they will never exchange Dinar
