Sounds like Maliki isn't going along with the Barzani initiatives where Allawi's Ministry of Defense position is concerned. Tomorrow's Parliament meeting should be interesting.
Maliki dragging his feet can only mean one thing - corruption. he's lining his pockets before pulling the trigger on the dinar.
