1. The countries that Maliki intended to visit have rescinded their invitation to him
2. Iraq Parliament wants him to stay in Iraq pending the outcome of their meeting
3. The Supreme Council is now after Maliki

5. This will either speed up the RV or slow it down depending on who gets the PM position
