1. MP for the coalition center Khalid Abdullah al-Alwani, called for the House to put an end to the Federal Court and said that they are the reason for the delay in forming the government
2. He said that their decision is a coup against the Constitution and its opinion is not binding on the House
Note: The Federal Court decision in regards to the CBI was settled yesterday when Maliki said he would return control of the CBI back to the House.
