2. Father-in-law called with confirmation of the De La Rue machines being in
3. Someone went to a Chase branch and took a 25k dinar note with him
4. He asked the teller if they would be exchanging it any time soon
5. She said she didn't know what that was and referred him to the manager
6. Manager says they aren't exchanging right now, but they will as soon as there is a rate
7. He then said they just got a machine in to count and verify the dinar
8. The manager said he could run the dinar through the machine to verify it is real. He ran it through and said it is real.
9. The manager told him to come back when there is a rate and they'll do the exchange for free if he has an account
10. Another person went to the same branch and did the same thing. He got the same response.
