1. A member of the Finance Committee said the budget is absent of any financial allocations for the National Council of strategic policy
2. He indicated that it is not possible to grant allocations because it is not yet a legal body
3. He said that when it is considered a legal branch of their government, they will then determine the allocations from the MOF through the transfers of government instutions
