1. Barzani stressed the need to follow legal channels for legitimate demands
2. He is happy that the opposition in Kurdistan can claim their rights through legal channels and work under the Parliament of the region
3. Barzani said he can't obtain the rights and the achievement of the demands through illegal methods for claims that may result in spreading sedition and chaos, and he noted that security is the foundation of economic progress, recovery, and development of democracy and political stability
4. He said the citizens of Kurdistan are aware of the risks that may result from illegal methods in the presentation of claims and will stand against all of the common behaviors of its kind
5. He also said the Kurds are not willing to put the security of their home in the unknown and that when there is freedom and a mechanism for democratic change, the allegations aimed at creating chaos lead to uncertainty in the agendas of the parties claiming them
6. He said the IAEA chief said the reasons for security success in the region is because there is a culture of coexistence, tolerance, national and religious, and the lack of a clear way for the phenomenon of revenge and violation of laws
7. He also said there is an open-mindedness and lack of space for extremist ideology, security awareness, a sense of responsibility, and an active effort by those responsible for the security file to preserve the integrity of the security services and not let it be violated by extremists or opportunists
8. On the problem of the disputed areas, Barzani pointed out that the acceptable solution to the problems is the implementation of Article 140 of the Constitution
9. He said the delays in the implementation of the article may expose the social ladder to danger and cause extensive damage to the people of the areas
10. He noted there are opportunistic terrorist parties who seized the opportunity to not solve the outstanding political problems in the areas in order to create chaos and spread fear
