1. The Council of Ministers approved all the recommendations of the committee formed to develop a mechanism to ensure the protection of Iraq's money
If this provides adequate protection for Iraq's money, then the DFI will no longer be needed. If it's not needed, then the 6/1 date may not be a good trigger date for an RV.
