1. The VP of the Finance Committee said they amended a number of items contained in the budget and will present it at the next meeting
2. The amendments include halving the salaries of those with special grades down to the salaries of the members of the House (by 10%), and reduces the salaries of the presidencies and the three deputies by 20%
3. Additionally, they've reduced the operating expenses by 5%, increased the allocations to the agricultural, and health and education sectors
