This was a tough article to decipher. I read it carefully after reading the title, which I think is a bit deceiving given how I interpreted the article. Here is my interpretation:
1. The Supreme Council said they will stand with the will of the people, if the people want change in the political system instead of allowing the emergence of a new dictator in Iraq after the resolution of the political and security situation
2. A member of the National Alliance said there is something like the Mafia and a group of thieves who are stealing the money of the Iraqi people in an organized fashion, and over the past years
3. A committee was formed to investigate the facts about the contracts that were concluded by the ministry
4. He said that the staple food of the Iraqi citizen is a red line and cannot be overtaken
5. He said achieving good work on the ration cards and the provision of electricity will be the true measure of success of the Iraqi government over the next four years
6. He said the House is determined to draw all the mechanisms required to provide the ration card items of good quality, and smoothly
7. He said they will monitor the Ministry of Commerce and all parties involved in providing the ration cards
8. He said they should spend more on the ration card to allow Iraqi citizens to get items that were canceled during the previous years in terms of quantity and quality
