1. The VP of the Kurdistan bloc said the Kurds need US political support in addressing the issue of implementing Article 140 and the rest of the outstanding issues betwen Baghdad and Erbil
2. He said that in accordance with the Convention on the strategic agreement between Baghdad and Washington, Washington should withdraw US troops by the end of the year
3. He said Washington must address the problem of the disputed areas between Baghdad and Arbil
4. He said that the Kurds and the National Alliance agreed to implement 140 in the next two years, and that Washington promised to an earlier response to implementing 140
5. 140 will be treated in 3 stages: 1) normalization; 2) conduct a census; 3) referendum among the population on the fate of the disputed areas
