2. Maliki wants this done by the 15th as the 16th and 17th is the GCC meeting and they want them to become part of the GCC.  So, they have to have a currency to be part
3. Darline alleges they have a complete GOI and the RI could be announced Sunday
4. Angelquest has the article that the GOI was voted on and formed Dec 21st
5. Frank says they never announced
6. Maliki messed up the budget and now he kept his promise and released the ministers
7. The ministers were announced as well as adjustments made to the budget
8. Angelquest thinks the RI will be done on Sunday since the adjustments to the budget were posted
9. Frank's London team member's job is to communicate with all the Iraq reps in London
10. Frank states that the London team member spoke to an Iraqi Supreme Court judge from Parliament
11. He reports the SC is agitated with maliki's behavior and Maliki is now receiving a lot of pressure from Parliament
12. Agitation is increasing as they have not done what they promised to do
13. They want to intervene on Maliki's cabinet selection
14. Parliament told Maliki this week he must sit the government down on Sunday
15. If he does not, Parliment will convene to form a no confidence vote against Maliki and Talabani
16. This will cause a completely new election
17. Maliki is in violation of the Constitution and broke rules before the Supreme Court. He violated too many laws and constitutional regulations
18. They are pressuring Maliki to do this by Sunday
19. The judge said the agitation started 2 years ago
20. Maliki promised contracts would be honored and its been 2 years
21. The contracts promised to bring in the utilities into Iraq
22. Utilities are a priority. Some of the contracts were saved.  Some were lost
23. The contracts cannot be activated because they were negotiated and expressed in British pounds and were written in fixed amounts of IQD that would equal the amount of the number of British pounds
24. People are upset and there is violence but not as bad as Egypt
25. If Maliki does not do this by Sunday, it could mean more violence in Irq
26. Frank will speak on a 3 way call today with the Judge
27. The judge said the contracts cannot be activated because the amount that was expressed was GBP $2.87, which is $3+ USD.  When you convert $2.87 it equals $4.61, which is not for us
28. The amount for us is $4-$5 and is what is being told from an extraordinary source
29. But GENX feels it will RI as defined in Chapter 7
30. It will RI with 20% more, which is $3.91
