1. The List said that Maliki will decide today or tomorrow on the candidates for the security ministries as well as the law of the National Council for strategic policy
2. The spokeswoman said that Maliki cannot bypass the poltical agreements between the leaders of political blocs on the positions and the eligibility of each bloc
