1. The Kurdistan Bloc Coalition said they will not agree to the Iraqi parliament passing the budget bill
2. They may file a case against parliament if the bill is ratified
Looks like the Kurds are starting today off where they left off yesterday. 2nd reading of the budget is scheduled for today. Let's hope it passes.
