1. TK is waiting for word of RV possibly happening today
2. Guest speakers from last night will be on call tonight
3. Deadline for settlements to go out was last night
4. There was a push months ago to get GCC currency printed up
5. GCC is being fast tracked
The one thought that ran across my head last night regarding the global settlements payout is that they've been at this for 30 years. Trying to get the payouts to go for more than 30 years. This has to happen prior to the RVs of the 19 currencies? Ouch!

If you didn't catch that many important members of the GOI will be out of town for the Egypt economic summit, please note that. It appears they will be back on the 30th. This may suggest that we will not see an RV until after that time.

- As the RI/RV drags out, more militant groups will pop up
- Reading of budget will be delayed because of the issue with the Kurd's only getting 11.6% of the budget instead of 17% and the distribution of the Kurd's oil
- Kurd's issue is minor and should be resolved this week
- Note how issue resolution is being done peacefully. They will get it done quickly
- Shabibi was on the plane with a large delegation leaving for the Egypt economic summit (5 day summit)
- Something was mentioned about the WTO and the 26th through the 30th, but Delta didn't catch all of it
- Delta got the impression that they had things to do before they deal with seating the GOI
- Maliki has selected the people for the security positions and will announce after the summit
- Delta feels the GOI will be formed towards the end of this month due to prior bullets above
- Committees were formed in the last few weeks, but they must select one leader to represent all
- All presidents of parliament will be in Egypt
- Executive order 13303 was specifically aimed at allowing US citizens to invest
- Article in Aknews that states the after 1.5 yrs the elections are done and legal
